Zondervan Publishing has teamed w/ iPad

Accompanying the much-anticipated Apple iPad launch a few weeks ago, Zondervan, the world’s leading Christian publisher, is one of the first publishers that has already released titles for the new Apple device. Starting in April, Zondervan released more than 1,000 titles, which are available to be downloaded. Over the next three months, it plans to release another 150 books. It eventually plans to release all its eBooks in the iPad version.

XXX Domain – To be or not to be?

For the past ten years, promoters of the .xxx domain have tried to convince ICANN, the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers, to establish the new web domain in hopes of creating another avenue to access pornography. If created, the .xxx domain name would be its own specific domain category for adult web sites that contain sexual content. While the domain proposal is being reviewed, critics on both sides have been making their voices heard. 

Champion of Faith—Danny Kanell

Danny Kanell, former NFL QB, joined me on the “Good Sports Magazine Show” premiere in April at the Reach FM studios in Ft. Lauderdale. I had a chance to talk to the local former Westminster grad, drafted as the 130th pick in the 1996 NFL Draft to the New York Giants out of Florida State.

He played for the Giants, Falcons, and Broncos, where he passed 31 career TD’s and over 5,000 yards.
