CCA Wins SFC Football Championship

Calvary Christian Academy took home its first Southeastern Football Conference Championship trophy after defeating Coral Springs Charter, 31-20 on Saturday, November 15 at FAU Stadium. It was a fitting end to an undefeated 11-game season.

“Victory belongs to the Lord,” said Head Football Coach and Assistant Athletic Director Kirk Hoza. “We just try to be excellent in our preparation, stewardship and those things for which we are responsible. God showed us great favor throughout this year.”

According to Hoza, “CCA represents a rich spiritual discipleship environment and a great academic choice. Maybe this championship will influence parents praying about where to send their son to high school to more strongly consider Calvary Christian when football participation is also part of the selection criteria.” Visit www.ccaeagles.org
