A free program, created by dads for dads, the Fatherhood Mentorship Program (FMP) is a peer mentorship program providing direct services, workshops, and training sessions, which emphasize strengthening the family unit to provide a more nurturing home environment for children. Join us for weekly groups, case management and recreational activities. Father will empower father, as iron will sharpen iron.We meet weekly on Wednesdays from 6-8 p.m. at Joseph C. Carter Park, 1450 W. Sunrise Blvd., Fort Lauderdale, in the Kathleen Wright Center. Dinner is provided at no cost.
