On March 21, 2024, Calvary Christian Academy Fort Lauderdale unveiled its newest building – the Calvary Fieldhouse. During the Grand Opening event, approximately 500 students, parents, staff, donors, and alumni gathered to witness the official ribbon-cutting, praise God for His provision, and tour the completed building, which broke ground in November 2021.

About the Calvary Fieldhouse

The two-story, 14,000+ square foot Fieldhouse will elevate the school’s athletic programs and physical education department. Key features include: two collegiate-style locker rooms, an athletic training room, offices and meeting rooms, coaches’ locker rooms, and an inviting Concourse to better serve Eagles’ fans and guests. The Concourse is also outfitted with “Legacy Bricks” – pavers that contain the names of those who sacrificially gave to help make this vision a reality.

“Our heart here at CCA is not to simply build great spaces. Rather, our passion is that every one of our students becomes a true follower of Jesus,” said Dr. Jason Rachels, President of Calvary Christian Academy. “When we can engage our students in an area where they are gifted and passionate, like athletics, we can disciple them more effectively, and these spaces are another tool for our staff to be able to do just that.”
